CANCELLATION POLICY
💎At Eva’s Lash Studio, your time is valuable — and so is ours. In order to provide the best service for every client, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below: • Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Late cancellations will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. • No-Shows Clients who do not show up without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions. • Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened depending on availability. The full service fee still applies. We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies help us maintain fairness and high-quality service for all of our clients.
